For a handheld mini steamer, the heater is its "heart". The heater is related to the service life of a garment steamer, the speed of heat conduction, and the uniformity of the steam. At present, the heaters on the market mainly include aluminum alloy heaters, all-copper heaters, copper-plastic heaters, and zinc alloy heaters. Among them, the advantages of aluminum alloy are that the thermal efficiency loss is small, the heat conduction is fast, the steam is very uniform, and the service life is longer than that of the general garment steamer.
After the steamer is charged with water and energized, the heater used in the inner core of the steamer turns the normal temperature water into high-temperature, high-pressure steam, and releases the hot steam through the steam conduit and nozzle.
It takes a period of time for the steamer to preheat before the steam is released. The hand-held mini steamer with poor air outlet speed has a small amount of steam and low pressure. Sometimes the steam sprayed out becomes water droplets. In terms of temperature, it can only reach 80°C-98°C, and steam with a temperature below 98°C cannot achieve the sterilization effect. On the contrary, the powerful hand-held mini garment steamer with a heater has a large amount of steam and high pressure, and thick clothes can also easily penetrate. In terms of steam temperature, it can reach a high temperature of 120 ℃, and it will not leave watermarks when ironing clothes.
